Analysis of the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors
Objective:To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)and ultrasound elastography(UE)in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors. Methods:A total of 80 patients with liver tumors admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent CEUS and UE examinations.the blood perfusion parameters of CEUS in different liver tumor patients were compared.Based on the gold standard(pathological examination result),the results of CEUS,UE and combined examination were compared and analyzed. The application value and consistency of single and combined examinations in diagnosing liver tumors was analyzed. Results:The time of onset, peak time, decline time and continuous enhancement time of patients with malignant tumors were shorter than those of benign tumors, and the peak intensity was higher than that of benign tumors(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of malignant tumors in different examination methods.Compared with CEUS and UX,the sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of the combined examination were higher(P<0.05),and the consistency of CEUS and UE was acceptable(kappa value=0.521,0.676,P<0.05).The consistency of the joint examination was better(kappa value=0.861,P<0.05).Conclusion:CEUS combined with UE has high application value, high accuracy in the diagnosis of liver tumor properties, and has a strong consistency with the gold standard, and can also clearly show the blood perfusion at the lesion.
