急诊护士人文关怀能力现状调查及其影响因素分析

摘要
目的:探讨急诊护理人员的人文关怀能力水平及可能存在的影响因素,为临床护理管理者采取有效的干预措施提供依据.方法:对四川省某三级甲等医院 259 名急诊护士的人文关怀能力进行问卷调查,量表为关怀能力评定量表.回收有效问卷 248 份,有效回收率为 95.75%.结果:该院急诊护士人文关怀能力总分为 188.76±16.33,低于国际关怀能力评定量表(Caring Ability Inventory,CAI)的最低评分标准.不同性别、年龄、护龄和职称的急诊护士关怀能力有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论:急诊护士的人文关怀能力得分较低,不同人口学特征急诊护士的关怀能力有所不同,男性护士以及低年资低职称急诊护士的人文关怀能力有待进一步提高,护理管理者应从不同层面采取措施来提升急诊护士的人文关怀能力.
Abstract
Objective:To describe the status of humanistic caring ability of emergency nurse and provide the evidence for the improving of nursing care ability.Methods:A total of 259 nurses from a 3A-level hospital in Sichuan province were investigated by Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).248 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 95.75%.Results:The total score of emergency nurses'caring ability was 188.76±16.33,which was lower than Norms of CAI.There is significant difference in the humanistic caring ability of emergency nurses who are with different gender,age,years of working and professional title.Conclusion:The emergency nurses'caring ability was at low level.Nursing managers should pay more attention to improve humanistic caring quality of male emergency nurses,junior nurses and low professional title nurses.
