摩罗丹辅助瑞巴派特在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗中的疗效观察

摘要
目的:分析摩罗丹辅助瑞巴派特在慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)患者治疗中的疗效.方法:随机将本院自 2020 年1 月至 2023年 12 月收治的62例CAG患者分为观察组和对照组,各 31 例.对照组接受瑞巴派特治疗,观察组摩罗丹辅助治疗,两组均治疗 14 d;比较治疗后临床疗效,对治疗前后的中医症候积分、血清胃肠激素水平及炎症因子进行比较.结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率显著较高(93.55%vs 70.97%,P＜0.05),观察组中医证候主症、次症、总分显著较高(P=0.003、0.001、0.000),胃动素、胃泌素水平均显著较高(P＜0.05),生长抑素水平显著较低(P＜0.05),观察组 C 反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均显著较低(P＜0.05).结论:摩罗丹辅助瑞巴派特治疗CAG患者疗效显著,能有效改善中医症候、肠胃功能、以及炎症反应,提高MTL、GAS水平,降低SS水平.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Morodan combined with rebamipide in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:A total of 62 patients with CAG admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 31 patients in each group.The control group received treatment with rebamipide and the observation group received adjuvant treatment with Morodan on this basis.Both groups were given 14 days of treatment.The two groups were compared on clinical efficacy after treatment,TCM symptom scores,serum gastrointestinal hormone levels and inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(93.55%vs 70.97%,P<0.05).The scores for main and secondary symptoms and total TCM syndrome score of the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The levels of motilin and gastrin were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the level of somatostatin was significantly lower(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment with Morodan and rebamipide is significantly effective for patients with CAG.It can effectively improve TCM symptoms,gastrointestinal function and inflammatory response,increase motilin and gastrin levels,and lower somatostatin level.
