目的:探讨多元复合声治疗联合口服银杏叶提取物在治疗慢性主观性耳鸣患者中的效果与安全性.方法:选取我院 2021 年 2 月至 2024 年 2 月收治的 60 例慢性主观性耳鸣患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,各 30 例.单一组患者接受多元复合声治疗,联合组在单一组的基础上增加口服银杏叶提取物治疗.分别评估两组患者的临床疗效、听力损失程度、耳鸣改善情况[耳鸣严重程度分级量表(Tinnitus Handicap Inventory,THI)]、生活质量[健康状况调查量表(36-Item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)]和心理状态[贝克焦虑量表(Beck Anxiety Inventory,BAI)].结果:联用组的临床总有效率明显高于单一组(P＜0.05);治疗后,两组患者的听力损失程度和 THI 评分、PSQI、BAI 评分均明显降低,且联用组明显低于单一组(P＜0.05);两组患者的 SF-36 评分均明显升高,且联用组明显高于单一组(P＜0.05).结论:多元复合声治疗联合口服银杏叶提取物治疗慢性主观性耳鸣患者临床疗效好,可以有效降低听力损伤程度,改善患者的耳鸣症状,提高其生活质量和睡眠质量,促进心理健康.
Effect of multiple compound sound therapy combined with oral ginkgo biloba extract on patients with chronic subjective tinnitus
Objective:To explore the effect and safety of multiple compound sound therapy combined with oral ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of patients with chronic subjective tinnitus.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic subjective tinnitus in the hospital were selected from February 2021 to February 2024 as the research subjects,and were divided into single group and combined group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The patients in single group received multiple compound sound therapy,while the patients in combined group were added with oral ginkgo biloba extract on the basis of single group.The clinical efficacy,degree of hearing loss,improvement of tinnitus[Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)],quality of life[36-item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]and psychological status[Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)]were evaluated in the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in combined group was significantly higher than that in single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of hearing loss degree,THI score,PSQI score and BAI score in both groups were significantly decreased,and the scores in combined group were significantly lower than those in single group(P<0.05).The SF-36 score in the two groups was significantly increased,and the score was significantly higher in combined group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multiple compound sound therapy combined with oral ginkgo biloba extract has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with chronic subjective tinnitus.It can effectively reduce the degree of hearing loss,improve the tinnitus symptoms,enhance the quality of life and sleep quality,and promote the psychological health.
