Analysis of the effect of Bushen Zhuyun-decoction in adjuvant treatment of infertility
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Bushen Zhuyun-decoction(BSH)on infertility patients and its influence on ovarian function and sex hormone.Methods:The clinical data of 133 infertility patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to August 2022 were retrospectively collected.Patients were divided into Western medicine group(n=63)and combined group(n=70)according to different treatment methods.The Western medicine group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the combined group assisted Bushen Zhuyun-decoction treatment on the basis of the Western medicine group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions during treatment,ovarian function(follicle volume,number of follicles,endometrial thickness)and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups after 2 courses of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of combined group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group(84.13%)(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the volume and number of follicles in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the western group,and the endometrial thickness was significantly higher than that in the western group(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,serum Estradiol(E2)levels in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),Luteinizing hormone(LH)levels of LH were significantly lower than before treatment,and the improvement range of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.71%in combination group and 11.11%in western medicine group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Zhuyun Decoction can improve the endocrine level of patients with infertility,promote the improvement of ovarian function and enhance the therapeutic effect.
