Analysis of the effect of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of ankle fracture classification and evaluation of surgical efficacy
Objective:To evaluate the value of multi-slice CT(MSCT)three-dimensional reconstruction in the classification diagnosis of ankle fracture and the evaluation of surgical effect.Methods:40 ankle fracture patients who were treated and operated in Xixian Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects. All patients underwent surgical treatment and MSCT 3D reconstruction. To observe the type of ankle fracture detected by clinical operation and the postoperative effect. The value of MSCT in the diagnosis of ankle fracture was calculated with clinical outcome as the gold standard. The accuracy of MSCT in the classification of ankle fracture was calculated.MSCT was reviewed one day after surgery, and the clinical results were taken as the gold standard to calculate the evaluation value of MSCT 3D reconstruction technology for ankle fracture. Results:There were 8 cases of PAB type fracture,12 cases of PER type fracture,9 cases of SAB type fracture and 11 cases of SER type fracture. The results of clinical treatment confirmed that 35 cases were anatomic reduction and 5 cases were non-anatomic reduction. The internal fixation position was suitable in 32 cases, and the internal fixation position was unsuitable in 8 cases. The results of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of ankle fracture classification and surgical efficacy were in good agreement with the gold standard, and the differences were statistically significant(Kappa=0.933,0.684,0.688,P<0.05).Conclusion:MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction can be used to evaluate ankle fracture classification and surgical efficacy.
