Effect of D-dimer,Antithrombin Ⅲ,Fibrinogen and Degradation Products on Predicting Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy
Objective:To explore the application value of D-dimer,antithrombin Ⅲ,fibrinogen and its degradation products detection in Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods:A total of 76 patients with HDCP admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were included in HDCP group, and 70 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group during the same period.Plasma D-dimer(D-D),antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ),fibrinogen(FIB)and its degradation product(FDP)levels were detected and compared between two groups. To explore the value of D-D,AT-Ⅲ,FIB and FDP in predicting hypertension during pregnancy. Results:The levels of D-D,FIB and FDP in HDCP group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the levels of AT-Ⅲ were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression results showed that the higher levels of D-D,FIB and FDP,and the lower level of AT-Ⅲ,the greater risk of HDCP.Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analysis results showed that the area under curve(AUC)of D-D,AT-Ⅲ,FIB and FDP levels in predicting HDCP were 0.715,0.806,0.758 and 0.827,the sensitivity was 47.4%,76.3%,85.5%and 81.6%,and the specificity was 81.7%,80.4%,65.7%,85.7%.The AUC predicted by D-D,AT-Ⅲ,FIB and FDP was 0.910,the sensitivity was 86.8%,and the specificity was 90.0%.Conclusion:The plasma levels of D-D,AT-Ⅲ,FIB and FDP in pregnant women are associated with the occurrence of HDCP.The higher levels of D-D,FIB and FDP,and the lower level of AT-Ⅲ,the greater risk of developing HDCP.The levels of D-D,AT-Ⅲ,FIB and FDP have certain predictive value for hHDCP.
