Application of carbazol sodium sulfonate combined with hemagglutinin in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective:To analyze the effect of carbazol sodium sulfonate combined with hemagglutinin in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 76 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment with hemagglutinin, and the observation group received additional treatment with sodium carbosulfonate on the basis of the control group. Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 days. The hemostatic time, hospital stay, coagulation function and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:After treatment, the hemostatic time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The fibrinogen time of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time were significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Carbazol sodium sulfonate combined with hemagglutinin can help patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage to stop bleeding in a short period of time, improve coagulation function, promote patient rehabilitation, reduce hospital stay, and has a high therapeutic safety.
