Application value of GF in the treatment of single tooth loss in anterior maxillary region with labial horizontal bone defect and its influence on periodontal status
Objective:to explore the value of concentrated growth factor in the treatment of bone regeneration in patients with single tooth loss and labial horizontal bone defect in maxillary anterior teeth and its effect on periodontal status.Methods:111 patients with single tooth loss in maxillary anterior teeth with labial horizontal bone defect in the Department of Stomatology of Taikang County people's Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group(nasty 55)and observation group(nasty 56).The control group was given bone powder plus collagen membrane for routine guided bone regeneration, and the observation group was treated with CGF on the basis of the control group. The primary healing rate of soft tissue wound, bone regeneration 3 and 6 months after operation, and periodontal condition before and 6 months after operation were observed in the two groups. Results:the primary healing rate of the observation group(94.64%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.82%)(P<0.05).Six months after operation, the bone mineral density, new bone thickness, bone width and the increase of bone width in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The local probing depth, vertical attachment loss and horizontal attachment loss in the surgical tooth position were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CGF can significantly accelerate the healing rate of soft tissue wound in patients with single tooth loss in maxillary anterior tooth with labial horizontal bone defect, improve bone regeneration, increase bone mineral density, bone thickness, bone width and improve periodontal condition.
