Application of right anterior approach laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in patients with advanced gastric cancer
Objective:To investigate the effect of right anterior approach laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods:A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into left posterior approach group and right anterior approach group with 40 cases each by random number table method. Two groups were treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. The left posterior approach group was treated with the left posterior approach and the right anterior approach group was treated with the right anterior approach. The operative indexes, postoperative recovery and complication rate of the two groups were compared. The recurrence and survival were recorded after 1 year follow-up.Results:The operation time of the right anterior approach group was shorter than that of the left posterior approach group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the left posterior approach group, and the number of lymph dissection was more than that of the left posterior approach group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the time of getting out of bed,the time of gastric tube removal, the length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the recurrence rate and survival rate at 1-year follow-up(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy with different approaches can achieve ideal results in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, while the right anterior approach is more valuable for short operation time, less intraoperative blood loss and more lymph dissection.
