摘要
随着人口老龄化的加剧和康养产业的快速发展,智慧康养人才培养显得尤为重要.本文探讨了行业产教融合共同体视域下,如何以学生为中心、以核心胜任力为导向,创新与实践智慧康养人才培养模式.明确智慧康养人才的核心胜任力要求,通过构建产教融合共同体,实现教育与产业的深度结合,将职业教育与行业进步、产业转型、区域发展捆绑在一起,实现教育资源的重组与重构,为智慧康养人才培养提供了有益的探索和实践经验.
Abstract
With the intensification of population aging and the rapid development of the health and wellness industry,the cultivation of intelligent health and wellness talents has become particularly important.This article explores how to innovate and practice a smart health care talent training model from the perspective of industry education integration community,with students as the center and core competency as the guide.Clarifying the core competency requirements for smart health and wellness talents,by building a community of industry education integration,achieving a deep integration of education and industry,binding vocational education with industry progress,industrial transformation,and regional development,achieving the restructuring and reconstruction of educational resources,and providing useful exploration and practical experience for the cultivation of smart health and wellness talents.
