虚拟现实技术对非小细胞肺癌患者术后疼痛及焦虑的影响

目的:探讨虚拟现实技术(Virtual reality,VR)对非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者术后疼痛及焦虑的影响.方法:选取2022 年8月至2023 年8月期间在本院接受手术治疗的98例NSCLC患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例.对照组开展临床常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合VR进行干预.分析对比两组的疼痛情况,不良情绪,生活质量以及服务满意度.结果:术后1 d、术后3 d、术后5 d观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分与对照组相比均显著降低(P<0.05).干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,观察组健康状况调查简表(36-item short form health survey,SF-36)中躯体疼痛、精神健康、生理功能、情感职能维度评分与对照组相比均明显提高(P<0.05).观察组住院服务满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:虚拟现实技术能有效减轻NSCLC患者术后疼痛程度,改善焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提升生活质量及住院服务满意度.
Effect of virtual reality technology on postoperative pain and anxiety in patients with non-small cell lung cancer
Objective:To investigate the effect of Virtual reality(VR)on postoperative pain and anxiety in patients with Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:A total of 98 patients with NSCLC who received surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group carried out clinical routine nursing,and the observation group combined VR intervention on the basis of the control group.Pain,bad mood,quality of life and service satisfaction were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The Visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1d,3d and 5d after surgery(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical pain,mental health,physiological function and emotional function in the 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of hospitalization service in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Virtual reality technology can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain in NSCLC patients,improve anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,improve the quality of life and hospital service satisfaction.
