Correlation analysis of serum Hcy,D-D,IL-17 levels with the condition and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction
Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum homocysteine(Hcy),D-dimer(D-D)and interleukin-17(IL-17)levels and the condition and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 96 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from November 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study group, and 96 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.According to the degree of neurological impairment, patients were divided into mild, moderate and severe patients, and according to the area of cerebral infarction patients were divided into lacunar infarction, small area infarction and large area infarction patients. After 6 months of follow-up,the patients were divided into good prognosis and poor prognosis according to the modified Rankin scale.Serum levels of Hcy,D-D and IL-17 were compared between the two groups at admission. The levels of serum indexes of patients with different degree of neurological impairment and different focal area of cerebral infarction were compared at admission, and the correlation was analyzed.By comparing the levels of serum indexes of patients with different prognosis at admission, the predictive value of serum indexes of patients with cerebral infarction at admission was analyzed. Results:The levels of serum Hcy,D-D and IL-17 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum Hcy,D-D and IL-17 in patients with different degree of nerve defect were compared,mild<moderate<severe(P<0.05);Serum Hcy,D-D and IL-17 increased with the increase of infarct size, lacunar infarction<small infarct<large infarct patients(P<0.05).At admission, serum Hcy,D-D and IL-17 were positively correlated with the degree of nerve defect and the area of cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Serum levels of Hcy,D-D and IL-17 in patients with poor prognosis were significantly higher than those in patients with good prognosis(P<0.05).The Area Under the Curve of serum Hcy,D-D and IL-17 combined to predict poor prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction was 0.788.Conclusion:Serum Hcy,D-D and IL-17 levels in patients with cerebral infarction are closely related to the severity of the disease and prognosis, and clinical detection of their expression can be used as an effective indicator to evaluate the disease and prognosis of patients, and assist clinical diagnosis and treatment.
