Correlation analysis of CD56 and SYN expression with non-small cell lung cancer and its pathological features
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of CD56 and synapse(SYN)and clinicopathological features in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Fifty patients with NSCLC treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. The expression of CD56 and SYN in cancer tissue and adjacent tissue were observed. The expressions of CD56 and SYN in cancer tissues with different pathological features were analyzed and compared. The correlation between the expression of CD56 and SYN in cancer tissues and pathological features was analyzed. Results:The positive expression rate of CD56 and negative expression rate of SYN in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There were differences in the expression of CD56 and SYN in different metastases and tumor stages(P<0.05).The expression of CD56 in NSCLC tissues was positively correlated with metastasis and tumor stage(r>0,P<0.05),and the expression of SYN was negatively correlated with metastasis and tumor stage(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion:CD56 is mostly positive and SYN is mostly negative in cancer tissues of NSCLC.The positive expression of CD56 and negative expression of SYN may indicate that the tumor has metastasized or has developed to the middle or late stages.
