目的:探究初诊糖尿病患者脂代谢指标及尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、尿酸(Uric acid,UA)检测的临床价值分析.方法:回顾性分析 2020 年 1 月至 2023 年 11 月期间,本院收治的初诊糖尿病患者共计 64 例;与此同时,从医院体检中心选取 50 例健康体检人群作为对照组,通过查阅患者电子病历档案以及医院信息系统(Hospital information system,HIS)收集上述研究对象的基线资料、脂代谢水平、BUN以及UA水平;对两组研究对象的上述指标以及水平进行对比,并分析上述指标应用于初诊糖尿病患者对的临床价值.结果:初诊糖尿病组患者的甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)以及低密度脂蛋白(Low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)水平显著高于健康对照组;高密度脂蛋白(High density lipoprotein,HDL-C)水平显著低于健康对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);与此同时,初诊糖尿病组患者的BUN水平以及UA水平显著高于健康对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,研究对象的TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、BUN以及UA水平同初诊糖尿病的发病之间存在一定的关联性(P<0.05).结论:初诊糖尿病患者脂代谢指标及BUN、UA水平同健康对照组之间存在显著差异,对于糖尿病患者的早期诊断具有一定的评估价值,值得临床研究人员的借鉴应用.
Clinical value analysis of lipid metabolism indexes and blood BUN,UA detection in newly diagnosed diabetes patients
Objective:To explore the clinical value of lipid metabolism indexes,urea nitrogen(BUN)and uric acid(UA)in newly diagnosed diabetes patients.Methods:From January 2020 to November 2023,64 newly diagnosed diabetes patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed;At the same time,50 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations were selected from the hospital examination center as the control group.Baseline data,lipid metabolism levels,BUN,and UA levels of the aforementioned research subjects were collected by reviewing patient electronic medical records and hospital information systems(HIS).The above indicators and levels of the two groups of subjects were compared,and the clinical value of the above indicators applied to newly diagnosed diabetes patients was analyzed.Results:The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in newly diagnosed diabetes patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls.The level of HDL-C was significantly lower than that of the healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the BUN level and UA level of the newly diagnosed diabetes group were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group(P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that there was a certain correlation between the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,BUN and UA in the subjects and the incidence of newly diagnosed diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significant differences between the newly diagnosed diabetes patients and the healthy control group in lipid metabolism indexes,BUN and UA levels,which has certain evaluation value for the early diagnosis of diabetes patients,and is worthy of reference for clinical researchers.
