Correlation and predictive value of cardiac color ultrasound indexes combined with serum HSP27 and miR-30a levels in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease
Objective:To analyze the correlation between cardiac color ultrasound indexes and serum heat shock protein 27(HSP27)and micrornA-30A(miR-30a)levels in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease with different prognosis, and to analyze its predictive value.Methods:Eighty-one elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to June 2023 were selected as study objects, and they were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to their prognosis.Another 81 cases of healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum HSP27,miR-30a and Tei index, pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP)were compared among the three groups at the time of admission and after 14 days of treatment, and correlation, risk factors affecting the occurrence of patients with a poor prognosis and their predictive value were analyzed. Results:The levels of serum HSP27,miR-30a,Tei index and PASA in poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in good prognosis group and control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum HSP27,miR-30a,Tei index and PASA in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group at 14 days after treatment(P<0.05).Serum HSP27 and miR-30a were positively correlated with Tei index and PASA(P<0.05).Serum HSP27,miR-30a,Tei index and PASA at admission were risk factors for poor prognosis(P<0.05).The Area under the curve(AUC)of serum HSP27,miR-30a combined with Tei index and PASA levels was higher than that of single index. Conclusion:In elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease,Color Doppler ultrasound indexes are closely related to serum HSP27 and miR-30a;and the combined detection of these factors has high predictive value for poor prognosis.
