Evaluation of short-and long-term efficacy of mechanical thrombectomy in patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction over time window
Objective:To explore the short-and long-term efficacy of mechanical thrombectomy in the treatment of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction over time window. Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients with prolonged acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to October 2023 were retrospectively collected.According to the differences of thrombolysis methods,98 patients with prolonged acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction were divided into control group(intravenous thrombolysis,n=47 cases)and observation group(mechanical thrombolysis,n=51 cases).Vascular revascularization rate,short-term efficacy,long-term efficacy and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:The vascular revascularization rate and short-term efficacy rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation, the good prognosis rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with intravenous thrombolysis, mechanical thrombolysis has better clinical effect in patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction over time window, which can improve the rate of vascular revascularization, improve the short-term and long-term curative effect of patients, and reduce complications.
