Relationship between peripheral blood CRP,Alb,PA and aggressive behaviors, curative effect in patients with schizophrenia
Objective:To analyze the relationship between peripheral blood C-reactive protein(CRP),albumin(Alb),prealbumin(PA)and aggressive behaviors, curative effect in patients with schizophrenia(SCH).Methods:A total of 92 patients with SCH admitted to the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2020 and December 2023.After 4 weeks of olanzapine treatment, patients were divided into high deduction rate group(n=45)and low deduction rate group(n=47)according to scores of positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS).When evaluating patients with modified version of the overt aggression scale(MOAS).Before and after treatment, levels of serum CRP,Alb and PA in all patients were detected. The relationship between serum CRP,Alb,PA and MOAS score, deduction rate of PANSS was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results:After treatment, the level of serum CRP was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while levels of serum Alb and PA were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with non-aggression group, level of serum CRP and MOAS score were higher in aggression group(P<0.05),while levels of serum Alb and PA were lower(P<0.05).Compared with low deduction rate group, level of serum CRP was lower in high deduction rate group(P<0.05),while levels of serum Alb and PA were higher(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that level of serum CRP was positively correlated with MOAS score(P<0.05),while negatively correlated with deduction rate of PANSS(P<0.05).The levels of serum Alb and PA were negatively correlated with MOAS score(P<0.05),while positively correlated with deduction rate of PANSS(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lower the level of serum CRP and the higher the levels of Alb and PA,the lower the incidence of aggressive behaviors and the better the curative effect in SCH patients.
