Analysis of the overall care effectiveness of the three-dimensional team mutual aid nursing model for esophageal cancer patients
Objective:To analyze the overall care effectiveness of the three-dimensional team mutual aid nursing model for esophageal cancer patients, and provide evidence-based support for high-quality care for this special group.Methods:100 esophageal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Randomized grouping was carried out using a digital table, with each group named as the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group.Among them, the control group implemented routine nursing plans, while the observation group implemented a three-dimensional team mutual aid nursing model. Before intervention and on the second weekend after intervention, both groups of patients underwent quality of life assessment, nursing effectiveness evaluation, and satisfaction assessment. Results:The quality-of-life scores in dimensions such as physiological function, psychological state, and social relationships of the observation group patients after intervention were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing effect scores of the observation group in terms of disease control, nutritional status, psychological support, and family participation were higher than those of the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the observation group patients in terms of service attitude, nursing skills, communication, environmental facilities, etc.were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Introducing a three-dimensional team mutual aid nursing model for patients with esophageal cancer can improve their quality of life, enhance nursing outcomes, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing services.
