Comparative study on the effectiveness of domestic bivalent human papillomavirus vaccine and imported bivalent human papillomavirus vaccine
Objective:To compare the efficacy of domestic bivalent Human Papillomavirus(HPV)vaccine and imported bivalent human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccine in preventing HPV16/HPV18 infection. Methods:In this study,200 women who voluntarily underwent cervical cancer screening in Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to their willingness to receive HPV vaccine, they were divided into domestic bivalent HPV vaccine group(100)and imported bivalent HPV vaccine group(100).The study included 100 women who underwent cervical cancer screening in the outpatient department of our hospital during the same period. The cervical cytology and HPV test results of all groups were normal at the time of study enrollment. The positive rates of HPV16/HPV18 in the domestic bivalent HPV vaccine group and the imported bivalent HPV vaccine group were compared 24 months after the completion of 3 doses of HPV vaccine. Results:The positive rate of HPV16/HPV18 among the three groups was compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HPV16/HPV18 between the domestic bivalent group and the imported bivalent group(P>0.05).The positive rate of HPV16/HPV18 in the control group was higher than that in the domestic bivalent group, and the positive rate of HPV16/HPV18 in the control group was higher than that in the imported bivalent group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Domestic bivalent HPV vaccine and imported bivalent HPV vaccine have similar protective efficacy against HPV16/HPV18 associated infection.
