Investigation on the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Luoshan County from 2020 to 2023
Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Luoshan County from 2020 to 2023.Methods:The data of tuberculosis incidence collected by Luoshan County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected.Descriptive epidemiological method was used to make statistical analysis of the tuberculosis epidemic report in Luoshan County and summarize its epidemiological characteristics.Results:A total of 1042 cases of tuberculosis were reported in Luoshan County from 2020 to 2023,and the incidence rate showed a trend of continuous decrease and then increase.The incidence rate of males was significantly higher than that of females in each year,with a sex ratio of 2.44:1.The age of onset was concentrated in 40～55 years old and 55～70 years old.The occupation is mainly peasant;In terms of regional distribution characteristics,the top three cases were Gaodian Township(31.06%),Zilu Town(29.77%)and Lishui Street(29.18%).Conclusion:From 2020 to 2023,the incidence level of pulmonary tuberculosis in Luoshan County showed a continuous decline and then an increasing trend,most of which occurred in 40-55 years old,55-70 years old and farmers,and Gaodian Township,Ziru Town and Lishui Street were the highest incidence areas.
