摘要

目的:探究细胞角蛋白 19(Cytokeratin 19,CK19)、Ki67、半乳糖凝素-3(galectin3)在甲状腺乳头状癌(Papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)中的表达及与病理特征的关系.方法:搜集 2021 年1 月到 2023年 12 月医院收治的68例PTC患者临床资料,免疫组化检查癌组织及癌旁组织中CK19、Ki67、galectin3 阳性表达率,分析三者与患者病理特征的关系.结果:PTC癌组织中CK19、Ki67、galectin3 阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05).不同肿瘤直径、病灶数量、分化类型、临床分期PTC患者癌组织中CK19、Ki67 阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:PTC患者癌组织CK19、Ki67、galectin3 阳性表达率高,CK19 和Ki67 阳性表达与肿瘤大小、数量和分化程度及病理分期有一定关联.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the expression of cytokeratin 19(CK19),Ki67 and galectin-3 in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)and their relationship with pathological features.Methods:The clinical data of 68 PTC patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were collected.The positive expression rates of CK19,Ki67 and galectin-3 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the three indexes and the patients'pathological features was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of CK19,Ki67 and galectin-3 in PTC tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the positive expression rates of CK19 and Ki67 in cancer tissues of PTC patients with different tumor diameters,number of lesions,differentiation types,and clinical stages(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression rates of CK19,Ki67 and galectin-3 in cancer tissues of PTC patients are high,and the positive expressions of CK19 and Ki67 are correlated with tumor size,quantity,differentiation degree,and pathological staging.
