Analysis value of serum platelet activating factor, soluble tumor necrosis factor-like weak induction factor of apoptosis combined with MRI in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with serum platelet activating factor(PAF)and soluble tumor necrosis factor-like weak apoptosis-inducing factor(sTWEAK)in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods:130 patients with suspected cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.73 patients with cerebral infarction were clinically and radiologically confirmed as the cerebral infarction group, and the remaining 57 patients with cerebral infarction were excluded as the control group.MRI was performed in all patients. The expression levels of serum PAF and sTWEAK were detected by ELISA.The diagnostic value of MRI combined with serum PAF and sTWEAK in cerebral infarction was analyzed by ROC curve. Results:MRI showed patchy or patchy abnormal signals in the cerebral infarction area, equal signal or slightly low signal in T1WI,high signal in T2WI,slightly high signal in T2WI and FLAIR,high signal in DWI,and low signal in ADC.Among the 73 cases of cerebral infarction,MRI detected 62 cases of cerebral infarction. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI diagnosis were 84.93%,87.72%and 86.15%.Compared with control group, serum PAF and sTWEAK levels in cerebral infarction group were increased(P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum PAF and sTWEAK levels in patients with different severity of cerebral infarction(P<0.05).The AUC of MRI combined with serum PAF and sTWEAK in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction was 0.970,which was higher than that of MRI combined with serum PAF and sTWEAK alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI combined with serum PAF and sTWEAK has certain diagnostic value for cerebral infarction, and can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction.
