Clinical effect observation of anterior cervical zero notch fusion device fixation for cervical disc herniation
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Zero-profile Integrated Plate and Spacer Device(Zero-P)fixation in the treatment of cervical disc herniation(CDH).Methods:86 patients with CDH in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=44)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional fusion plate internal fixation system, and the observation group was treated with anterior cervical Zero-P surgery. The operative conditions(amount of blood loss and operative time),neurological function, therapeutic effect and dysphagia of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:The operation time and blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores(JOA)of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after surgery were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall good and good rate of Odom rating in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of dysphagia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical anterior Zero-P treatment of CDH can improve the clinical effect, promote the smooth operation, reduce postoperative dysphagia, and promote the recovery of spinal nerve function.
