Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of autologous costal cartilage transplantation combined with silicone rhinoplasty.Methods:80 patients who were admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to March 2023 and planned to undergo cosmetic plastic repair of nose were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received silicone rhinoplasty;The observation group was treated with autogenous rib cartilage transplantation combined with silicone rhinoplasty.The wound healing degree,nasal tip protrusion,nasal appearance,satisfaction with cosmetic appearance,nasal cosmetic effect,quality of life and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The wound healing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the nasal tip protrusion of both groups was higher than that before operation,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the nasal shape scores of nostril shape,nasal tip shape,nasal dorsum shape,nasal tip position and nasal base shape were all lower than before operation,and the scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of cosmetic appearance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the score of rhinoplasty effect was higher than before surgery,and the score of quality of life was lower than before surgery,and the score of rhinoplasty effect of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the score of quality of life was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Silicone nasal augmentation combined with autologous rib cartilage transplantation can improve wound healing,reduce complications,increase nasal tip prominence,improve nasal appearance,improve patients'quality of life,nasal surgery effect and satisfaction with cosmetic appearance.
