Observation on the therapeutic effect of Zhijianpi Xiaopi Granules combined with Mosapride citrate tablets on children with functional dyspepsia
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Zhuzhijianpi Xiaopi Granule combined with Mosapride citrate tablet on children with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:92 children with FD who visited the pediatric clinic of our hospital from November 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mosapride citrate tablets;Observation group was treated with Zhijianpi Xiaopi granule on the basis of control group.The TCM syndrome score,symptom disappearance time,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of gastric distention pain,fetid and sour odor,less food and dormancy,and acid belching in observation group were significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms such as postprandial fullness,abdominal discomfort and loss of appetite in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-NDI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhuzhijianpixiaopi granules combined with Mosapride citrate tablets can improve the disease symptoms of children with FD,promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of children with FD,and the drug has high safety.
