Observation on curative effect of treating chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind-dryness by pricking collaterals and bloodletting therapy combined with Yangxue Dingfeng Decoction
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of treating chronic urticaria with blood vacuity and wind-dryness by the therapy of pricking collaterals and bloodletting combined with Yangxue Dingfeng Decoction.Methods:From July 2021 to September 2023,80 patients with chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind-dryness were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and study group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine.On the basis of the control group,the study group was treated with pricking collateral-blood letting therapy combined with Yangxue Dingfeng Decoction.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level,adverse reaction and recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary syndrome and secondary syndrome in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-4 and IL-17 in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CRP,IL-4 and IL-17 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with chronic urticaria with blood deficiency and wind-dryness can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the clinical symptoms,inhibit the inflammatory response,and reduce the recurrence rate,with high safety.
