Analysis of the application effect of two-heart diagnosis and treatment mode on acute coronary syndrome
Objective:To investigate the effect of bicardial diagnosis and treatment in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods:96 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,48 cases in each group. The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment; The study group adopted the two-heart diagnosis and treatment model. The mental state, brain natriuretic peptide precursors, left ventricular ejection fraction, arrhythmia and blood lipid related indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in SAS scores and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in cardiac function and arrhythmia between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the rate of brain natriuretic peptide precursors and arrhythmia in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the blood lipid-related indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acute coronary syndrome, the use of two-heart diagnosis and treatment mode can improve the psychological state of patients, reduce the level of blood lipid and improve the heart function.
