Influence factors of abnormal uterine bleeding complicated with endometrial disease in perimenopausal period
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of abnormal uterine bleeding complicated with endometrial lesions in perimenopausal period. Methods:The clinical data of 128 patients with abnormal perimenopausal uterine bleeding were retrospectively analyzed from May 2021 to May 2023 in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital. All patients underwent curettage to obtain endometrial tissue for pathological diagnosis.Patients with endometrial lesions were included in the pathological group, and other patients without endometrial lesions were included in the normal group according to the pathological diagnosis results of endometrial lesions. The influencing factors of abnormal uterine bleeding combined with endometrial lesions in perimenopausal period were analyzed by referring to patient data. Results:There were 93 patients with endometrial lesions(72.66%).Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed, and the results showed that age, endometrial thickness and bleeding time were all risk factors for patients with abnormal perimenopausal uterine bleeding complicated with endometrial lesions(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Older age, endometrial thickness≥7 millimeter, and bleeding time≥3 months may lead to abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal patients with endometrial lesions, which should be paid attention to clinically.
