目的:探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮联合家庭治疗对精神分裂症(Schizophrenia,SP)患者的治疗效果.方法:选择2022年1月～2023年12月就诊于本院的65例SP患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=32)和研究组(n=33),对照组给予口服利培酮片联合家庭治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加口服阿立哌唑片,均治疗 2 m.观察并对比两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的阳性和阴性综合征量表(Positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)评分、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(Social-skills for psychiatric inpatients,SSPI)评分,记录两组患者的不良反应发生率.结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率和SSPI评分总分及其各因子评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组PANSS评分总分及其各因子评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论:阿立哌唑与利培酮联合家庭治疗总有效率高,能够有效改善患者的精神症状、个人生活技能及社会功能,安全性良好.
Application of aripiprazole and risperidone combined with family therapy in patients with schizophrenia
Objective:To explore the curative effect of aripiprazole and risperidone combined with family therapy on patients with schizophrenia(SP).Methods:A total of 65 patients with SP treated in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2022 and December 2023,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and study group(n=33).The control group was given oral risperidone tablets combined with family therapy,and the study group was added oral aripiprazole tablets on the basis of the control group,and all were treated for 2 months.The clinical curative effect,scores of positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)and social-skills for psychiatric inpatients(SSPI)were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded.Results:After treatment,total response rate,scores and total score of SSPI in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while scores and total score of PANSS were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole and risperidone combined family therapy has high total response rate of treatment,which can effectively improve mental symptoms,personal life skills and social function in patients,with good safety.
