Correlation between D-D,AT-Ⅲ and severity of hepatitis B virus
Objective:To explore the correlation between plasma D-dimer(D-D),antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)and the severity of hepatitis B virus(HBV).Methods:The clinical and follow-up data were collected from 60 patients with HBV in the hospital between December 2020 and December 2023.According to disease severity, patients were divided into mild group(n=22),moderate group(n=26)and severe group(n=12).The differences in D-D and AT-Ⅲ levels among the three groups were compared.Correlation between D-D,AT-Ⅲ and HBV severity was analyzed by Spearman correlation coefficient.Results:D-D level was gradually decreased, while AT-Ⅲ level was gradually increased in severe group, moderate group and mild group(P<0.05).The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that level of plasma D-D was positively correlated with the severity of HBV(r=0.721,P<0.05),while AT-Ⅲ level was negatively correlated with it(r=-0.685,P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of D-D and AT-Ⅲ are significantly correlated with HBV severity.D-D increase and AT-Ⅲ decrease may be important markers of disease aggravation in HBV patients.
