Abstract
Elderly patients with knee fractures often experience postoperative delirium,which significantly impacts rehabilitation outcomes,mental well-being,and subsequent social integration.Therefore,conducting an in-depth investigation into the research advancements regarding postoperative delirium in elderly patients with knee fractures holds immense significance for enhancing clinical management,preventing its occurrence,and developing effective treatment strategies.
