Application value of automatic chemiluminescence technology on evaluating the four indicators of liver fibrosis in patients with fatty liver in healthy physical examination population
Objective:To study the application value of automatic chemiluminescence analyzer in the detection of four indicators of liver fibrosis and the evaluation of significant liver fibrosis in patients with fatty liver in physical examination population.Methods:The case data of 68 people who received physical examination in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed from May 2022 to May 2024.The above subjects were divided into fatty liver group(32 cases)and non-liver disease group(36 cases).The four indicators of liver fibrosis were detected by Maglumi 4000Plus automatic chemiluminescence analyzer,and the differences between the two groups were compared,and the precision and sensitivity of the instrument were evaluated,and the association with liver fibrosis degree shown by color Doppler ultrasound was analyzed.Results:The levels of four indicators of liver fibrosis in fatty liver group were significantly higher than those in non-liver disease group(P<0.05).The within-run precision and inter-day precision CV values and sensitivity in the two groups were within the allowable range,and the above indicators were significantly positively correlated with degree of liver fibrosis shown by color Doppler ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maglumi 400Plus automatic chemiluminescence analyzer has good repeatability and stability in detecting the four indicators of liver fibrosis.The increases of the four indicators aggravate the degree of liver fibrosis,which can be used as a non-invasive detection tool to evaluate the liver fibrosis degree.
