Efficacy and safety evaluation of Runzao Zhiyang capsule assisted Minoxidil liniment in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia
Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with Minoxidil liniment in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.Methods:68 patients with seborrheic alopecia treated from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minoxidil liniment,and the study group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsule with Minoxidil liniment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups after 3 months of treatment were compared,and the levels of Interleukin-4(IL-4),Interleukin-9(IL-9)and Interferon-γ(IFN-γ)were compared before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.47%,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-9 in both groups were significantly increased after treatment,and the levels of IFN-γ were significantly decreased,especially in the study group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Runzao Zhiyang capsule with Minoxidil liniment in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia can improve the curative effect,improve the symptoms,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and do not increase the adverse reaction.
