Expression of serum GADA,CypA and SIRT1 in diabetic nephropathy and their value in early diagnosis
Objective:To investigate the expression of serum glutamate decarboxylase antibody(GADA),cycliphilin A(CypA)and Sirtuin-1(SIRT1)in diabetic nephropathy(DN)and its value in early diagnosis.Methods:81 patients with DN admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study group, and 81 patients with diabetes during the same period were selected as the control group. The patients with DN were further divided into microalbuminuria group, macroalbuminuria group and renal injury group according to the degree of renal injury.Serum levels of GADA,CypA and SIRT1 were compared between the two groups and DN patients with different degrees of kidney injury at admission.Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to analyze the value of combined diagnosis. Results:The levels of serum GADA and CypA in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of SIRT1 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of serum GADA and CypA levels in patients with different degrees of renal injury:microproteinuria group<macroproteinuria group<renal function injury group;comparison of SIRT1 level:renal function injury group<macroproteinuria group<microproteinuria group(P<0.05);The AUC of the combined detection of serum GADA,CypA and SIRT1 levels in diabetic nephropathy at admission was 0.840,and the best sensitivity and specificity were 88.89%and 80.25%.Conclusion:Serum GADA,CypA and SIRT1 levels are closely related to the development of DN,and can be used as auxiliary indicators for early diagnosis.
