Effect of triamcinolone and keloidectomy with different concentrations in treating keloid
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of different concentrations of triamcinolone acetonide combined with keloidectomy in treating keloid.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 94 patients with keloid who underwent keloidectomy at our hospital from March 2020 to May 2023.The patients were divided into a low-concentration group(n=44)and a high-concentration group(n=50)based on the concentration of triamcinolone acetonide used during treatment.Analyze and compare the clinical efficacy after 3 months of treatment and the recurrence rate after 1 year. The recovery of scars was evaluated using the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS).The psychological state was evaluated using the Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the Self-rating depression scale(SDS).At the same time, the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed. Results:The total treatment efficiency of the high-concentration group was significantly higher than that of the low-concentration group(P<0.05).After treatment, the VSS,SAS,and SDS scores in both groups decreased significantly, and the VSS,SAS,and SDS scores in the high-concentration group were lower than those in the low-concentration group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate 1 year after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of high and low concentrations of triamcinolone acetonide combined with keloid resection in treating keloid is better, which is more conducive to improving the patient's psychological state and achieving better postoperative recovery.
