Effects of self-care group psychological intervention on depression degree,treatment compliance,coping style and stigma in adolescents with depression
Objective:To explore the application value of self-care group psychological intervention in adolescents with depression.Methods:102 adolescent patients with depression admitted to Rongkang Hospital in Henan Province from October 2022 to October 2023 were collected and divided into routine group(n=51)and group psychological intervention group(n=51)according to different nursing methods.Routine group received routine nursing intervention during treatment,group psychological intervention group received self-care group psychological intervention based on routine nursing.After 8 weeks of intervention,depressive mood[hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)],treatment compliance,coping style questionnaire[simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)],stigma[stigma scale for chronic illness(SSCI)],family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,HAMD score,negative coping score and SSCI score in group psychological intervention group were lower than those in routine group,and positive coping score was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05);the scores of examination,medical medicine,physical therapy and moderate exercise in group psychological intervention group were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05);family satisfaction in group psychological intervention group was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-care group psychological intervention in adolescents with depression can improve depressive mood,reduce stigma,promote them to deal with the disease with a positive attitude,and then improve treatment compliance and family satisfaction.
