Effects of wet application of compound Phellodendri liquid coating combined with red and blue light irradiation on skin physiological indexes and skin lesion repair in adolescent patients with acne vulgaris
Objective:To explore the effects of wet application of compound Huangbai-liquid coating combined with red and blue light irradiation on skin physiological indexes and skin lesion repair in adolescent patients with acne vulgaris.Methods:Ninety-seven cases of adolescent acne vulgaris patients in our department from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as research objects,forty-eight cases in the control group were exposed to red and blue light alone,and forty-nine cases in the observation group were wet compress combined with red and blue light.Clinical efficacy,skin physiological indexes,skin lesions and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After two courses of treatment,the effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of skin physiological indexes in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment,the score of lesion status of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the score of observation group was lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wet compress combined with red and blue light irradiation can improve the clinical efficacy of adolescent acne vulgaris patients,improve skin physiological indexes and repair skin lesions.
