Value of lower extremity antithrombotic pressure pump in reducing the risk of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients after complex abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery based on Caprini risk assessment
Objective:To explore the value of lower extremity antithrombotic pressure pump based on Caprini risk assessment in reducing the risk of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients after complex abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery. Methods:A total of 97 patients with complex abdominal aortic aneurysm after intracavitary repair in our department from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.48 patients in the control group were treated with pressure-relief elastic socks, while 49 patients in the observation group were treated with anti-thrombotic pressure pumps in both lower limbs based on Caprini risk assessment. The level of coagulation function indexes, local microcirculation of lower limbs, hemorheology indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After 2 weeks of treatment, the activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time and thrombin time in 2 groups were increased(P<0.05),and those in observation group were higher(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the fibrinogen water of the two groups was decreased on average(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the local microcirculation of lower limbs in both groups increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of lower extremity antithrombotic pressure pump based on Caprini risk assessment in patients with complex abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery can improve the level of coagulation function indicators, improve local microcirculation of lower extremity, and reduce hemorheology indicators.
