Application of ANA,AKA combined with anti-CCP antibody detection in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis
Objective:To explore the application effect of antinuclear antibody(ANA),anti-keratin antibody(AKA)combined with anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP)antibody detection in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:The clinical data of 107 patients with suspected RA in Nanyang Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed from August 2021 to August 2023.American College of Rheumatology RA classification was used as the"gold standard"for diagnosis, and the differences in diagnostic efficiency and diagnostic accuracy of ANA,AKA,anti-CCP antibody detection and combined detection of three antibodies for RA were analyzed. Results:The sensitivity, specificity,RA predictive value,non-RA predictive value and accuracy of combined detection of three antibodies in the diagnosis of RA were 95.83%,85.71%,93.24%,90.91%and 92.52%respectively,and the Kappa value was 0.827.The sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection of three antibodies were higher than those of ANA detection and AKA detection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of ANA,AKA combined with anti-CCP antibody has high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of RA.The combined detection of three antibodies is beneficial to the clinical early diagnosis of RA.
