Effect of propofol combined with sevoflurane femoral nerve block on patellar fracture
Objective:To investigate the clinical application of propofol combined with sevoflurane combined femoral nerve block in the operation of patellar fracture.Methods:90 patients who received surgical treatment for patellar fracture in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received propofol combined with femoral nerve block anesthesia, and the observation group was combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on the basis of the control group. The hemodynamics, anesthesia effect, postoperative pain degree, sedation and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in HR,MAP and SpO2 between the two groups before and during operation(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).With the extension of postoperative time, the pain score(VAS)and Ramsay sedation score(RSS)of both groups were decreased, and the VAS and RSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and the use rate of analgesics in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of propofol combined with sevoflurane femoral nerve block in the operation of patella fracture has the advantages of rapid anesthetic effect and light postoperative pain, and has no obvious effect on respiratory and circulatory functions of the body, and can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions to a certain extent, with high safety.
