Effect analysis of patients with acne vulgaris treated with isotretinoin capsule combined with Befusine gel
Objective:To analyze the effect of isotretinoin capsules combined with Befusine gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:60 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with isotretinoin capsules.Observation group was treated with Befusine gel on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,acne symptom score,serum inflammatory factor levels(interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The acne symptom scores of the observation group at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1,IL-8 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Isotretinoin capsule combined with Befusine gel can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and improve the symptoms of acne vulgaris,with high safety.
