Diagnostic efficacy of transvaginal combined transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound in ovarian teratoma
Objective:To analyze the consistency and accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(TVS)combined with transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound(TAS)in the diagnosis of ovarian teratoma. Methods:The clinical data of 85 patients with ovarian teratoma in Xihua County People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were examined by TVS and TVS after admission. The consistency and diagnostic value of TVS and TVS combined with TAS in the diagnosis of ovarian teratoma were analyzed and compared with the results of surgical pathology as the gold standard. Results:Pathological examination showed that 78 of the 85 patients with ovarian teratoma were mature and 7 were immature. The consistency of TVS in the diagnosis of ovarian teratoma was strong(Kappa value=0.635,P<0.05),and the consistency of TVS combined with TVS in the diagnosis of ovarian teratoma was strong(Kappa value=0.927,P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of TVS combined with TVS in the diagnosis of ovarian teratoma were slightly higher than those of TVS,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of TVS combined with TAS in the diagnosis of ovarian teratoma are consistent with the results of operation.
