Clinical value of MRI,DWI and DCE-MRI in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma
Objective:Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and Diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)were discussed. The value of DWI and Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI)in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer.Methods:80 patients with highly suspected endometrial cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects. All patients underwent MRI,DWI and DCE-MRI,and underwent endometrial biopsy. The results of endometrial biopsy were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic value of MRI,DWI and DCE-MRI alone and in combination with endometrial cancer. Results:In 80 patients with highly suspected endometrial carcinoma,65 cases(81.25%)were confirmed by endometrial biopsy.Using endometrial biopsy as the gold standard, the detection rate of endometrial cancer by MRI was 63.07%(41/65),that by DWI was 80.00%(52/65),and that by DCE-MRI was 72.31%(47/65).The detection rate of combined examination for endometrial cancer was 93.85%(61/65),and the detection rate of combined examination was higher than that of single examination, and the consistency with the gold standard was also higher than that of single examination. The sensitivity and accuracy of combined examination for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer were higher than that of each examination alone, and the negative predictive value of combined examination was significantly higher than that of MRI and DCE-MRI alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of MRI,DWI and DCE-MRI combined examination is higher than that of single examination, and it is in good agreement with the gold standard.
