摘要
基础医学综合实训是一门将生物化学、人体解剖学、生理学、病理学、病理生理学及药理学等基础医学课程知识整合在一起的整合课程,是实现从基础向临床过渡的重要实践教学环节.以案例为基础的教学法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)和以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)是医学教育改革中经常用到的两种教学方法.本文将PBL结合CBL教学模式在基础医学综合实训中进行教学尝试.结果表明PBL结合CBL教学能有效激发学生自主学习能力和学习兴趣,提高团队合作能力、临床思维能力以及分析问题解决问题的能力,值得在临床医学教学中进行推广.
Abstract
The comprehensive training of basic medicine is an integrated course that integrates the knowledge of basic medical courses such as biochemistry,human anatomy,physiology,pathology,Pathophysiology,and pharmacology,it is an important practice teaching link to realize the transition from foundation to clinic.PBL and CBL are two teaching methods often used in medical education reform.In this paper,PBL combined with the CBL teaching model in the comprehensive training of basic medicine to try teaching.The results show that PBL combined with CBL teaching can effectively stimulate students'autonomous learning ability and learning interest,and improve the ability of team cooperation,clinical thinking,and the ability to analyze and solve problems,it is worth popularizing in clinical medicine teaching.
