Advances in circadian rhythm of gut microbiota and host health
The gut microbiota of humans is a community of microorganisms in the digestive tract, which is closely related to the host health. The circadian rhythm of gut microbiota first appears two weeks after birth and becomes more pronounced with age.The gut microbiota is influenced by multiple factors, and its dysbiosis causes a wide range of diseases.Given the impact of gut microbiota on human health, this review explores the factors that affect the circadian rhythm of gut microbiota, including diet and mechanism associated with the host, and clarifies the impact of disruption of circadian rhythm of gut microbiota on human health, providing an important theoretical basis for the treatment of clinical diseases by microbiota.
