多元主体参与视角下长三角地区公共阅读空间服务功能的优化研究——基于30个公共阅读空间的模糊集定性比较分析

随着人民群众精神文化需求的日益增长,公共阅读空间急需优化其服务功能,助力基层地区提升公共文化服务的供给水平.以最美公共文化空间大赛中获奖的30 个公共阅读空间为研究样本,从多元主体参与的视角出发构建了公共阅读空间资源占有水平、地方政府支持程度、公共图书馆参与程度以及社会力量合作程度 4 个条件变量,并利用模糊集定性比较分析方法得到促成公共阅读空间形成完备服务功能的条件组态.研究发现,社会力量合作驱动型路径与公共图书馆主导型路径是促成公共阅读空间形成完备服务功能的主要路径.最后,从社会力量合作和公共图书馆参与角度出发提出公共阅读空间服务功能的优化策略,助力其实现服务功能的高质量发展.
Research on the Service Functions Optimization of Public Reading Spaces in the Yangtze River Delta Region from the Perspective of Multi-subject Participa-tion:A Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis Based on 30 Public Reading Spaces
With the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the public,public reading spaces urgently need to opti-mize service functions to improve the supply level of public cultural service in grassroots areas.This paper selects 30 public reading spaces awarded in The Most Beautiful Public Cultural Space Competition as case samples.Resource possession level of public reading spaces,the support degree of local government,the participation degree of public libraries and the cooperation degree of social forces are set as conditional variables from the perspective of multi-subject participation.Using the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis,this paper obtaines the combi-nations of conditions that promote public reading spaces to form complete service functions.The study found that the cooperation-driven path of social forces and the path of public library leading are the main paths for public reading spaces to form complete service functions.From the two perspectives of social forces cooperation and public library participation,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies to realize the high-quality development of service functions of the public reading spaces.
