Transcriptome Analysis of Hepatopancreas Tissue in Common Carp Exposed to Abamectin Stress
In order to explore response mechanism of common carp(Cyprinus carpio)to abamectin stress, the common carps with body weight of(150±30)g were exposed to abamectin under concentrations of 0 μg·L-1(control group),1.5 μg·L-1 and 3.0 μg·L-1 for 5 days at a water temperature of(22±2.0)℃ to investigate the effect of abamectin stress on the transcriptomics of hepatopancreas tissue in common carp by transcriptome sequencing analysis method, and analyze its molecular toxicological mechanism to carp.Functional annotation of obtained genes showed that the annotated differential genes were mainly related to the functions of binding, catalysis and metabolism. The enrichment analysis results of KEGG pathway indicated that the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were significantly enriched in drug metabolism-cytochrome P450,drug metabolism-other enzymes, starch and sucrose metabolism and other pathways, involved in drug metabolism, amino acid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, lipid metabolism, cofactor and vitamin metabolism and other metabolic processes. These functional genes and predictive pathways laid the foundation for understanding the detoxification and immune system of common carp exposed to abamectin stress. The obtained transcriptome data provided rich gene resources for further research on the molecular mechanism of fish response to insecticide pollutants.
