摘要
基因编辑(Gene Editing)是一种能够对生物进行基因定向编辑或修饰的生物技术.近年来,随着全基因测序技术的改革和基因编辑技术的系统优化,使得基因编辑成为生命科学领域最广泛应用的技术之一.目前基因编辑技术已应用于多种鱼类的基因组靶向改造.本文综述了基因编辑技术的发展历程、作用原理和该技术在鱼类遗传育种中的应用,为其在鱼类基因功能解析、经济性状调控机制解析和遗传改良研究提供参考.
Abstract
Gene editing refers to the biological method of gene-directed editing or modification of the genome.In recent years,with the technological reform of whole gene sequencing and the optimization of gene editing technology,gene editing has become one of the most widely used technologies in the field of life science.At present,this technology has been widely used for targeted genome modification of a variety of fishes.In this paper,we summarize the development history,mechanism and application of gene editing technology in fish breeding to provide reference for the gene function analysis,the regulatory mechanism of economic trait and the genetic improvement in fish.
