某大型石化装置内进行压力管道安装监督检验的水压试验环节中发现 1 条 304L管段本体出现喷水泄露,对装置后续生产投用造成了重大安全隐患,通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、电镜扫查及能谱分析、金相分析、点腐蚀试验分析、力学性能分析等检验方法对其失效原因进行分析,结果表明:管段出现穿孔泄露是由于出现氯离子应力腐蚀,含氯离子的雨水和泥沙与管壁接触后,在局部高浓度氯离子环境下,管段本体出现了点孔状腐蚀和开裂,并随着时间推移,最终导致管段本体出现了腐蚀穿孔.针对管段本体出现氯离子应力腐蚀的影响因素提出了建议措施.
Failure analysis and countermeasures for stainless steel pipeline leakage
During the hydrostatic test of pressure pipe installation supervision and inspection in a large petrochemical unit,a water spray leak was found on the body of a 304L pipe section,which caused a major safety hazard to the subsequent production and use of the unit.The Failure cause was analyzed through macro analysis,chemical compo-sition analysis,electron microscope scanning,energy spectrum analysis,metallographic analysis,pitting corrosion test analysis,mechanical property analysis and other inspection methods,The results indicate that the occurrence of perforation leakage in the pipeline section is due to the occurrence of chloride ion stress corrosion.After the rainwa-ter and sediment containing chloride ions come into contact with the pipeline wall,in a local high concentration chlo-ride ion environment,the pipeline body undergoes pitting corrosion and cracking,and over time,ultimately leading to the occurrence of corrosion perforation in the pipeline body.Suggested measures have been proposed to address the influencing factors of chloride ion stress corrosion in the pipeline section.
